7. Core Rights and Obligations of the Operator

7.1. The Operator has the right to receive accurate information and/or documents containing personal data from the personal data subject.

7.2. The Operator is obliged to provide the personal data subject, at their request, with information relating to the processing of their personal data.

7.3. The Operator is obliged to organize personal data processing in the manner established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.4. The Operator is obliged to respond to appeals and requests from personal data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law “On Personal Data”.

7.5. The Operator is obliged to provide the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects with the necessary information at the request of such body within 10 days from receipt of the request.

7.6. Any information collected by third-party services, including payment systems, communication tools and other service providers, is stored and processed by such persons in accordance with their own user agreements and privacy policies. 7.7. 8. Terms of Personal Data Processing

8.1. Processing of personal data by the Operator ceases in the following cases:

8.1.1. upon detection of unlawful processing of personal data. The termination period is within three business days from the date such fact is identified;

8.1.2. upon achievement of the purposes of processing (subject to statutory exceptions);

8.1.3. upon expiration of the consent period or withdrawal of consent by the personal data subject where processing is allowed only with consent;

8.1.4. upon the personal data subject’s request to terminate the processing of personal data (except for cases provided by Part 5.1 of Article 21 of the Personal Data Law). The termination period is not more than 10 (ten) business days from receipt of the request, with a possible extension of no more than five business days if notice of the reasons for extension is given.

9. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

9.1. Before commencing a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the transfer is planned provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

9.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if the personal data subject has given written consent to the cross-border transfer and/or where the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

10. Confidentiality of Personal Data
